Statistic Details 2011
You most likely found your way here because you saw my little list of statistics to the left hand side on the main page. Below you will find out just how I calculated some of these figures.
All of the figures that I have included are as accurate as my memory serves, or the meathod I have used to calculate them. Also details are included below to support the numbers.
If you are interested in knowing the number of Miles rather than Kilometers, the conversion of 1.6 KM = 1.0 Miles, will give you a fairly good idea.
Flights
To calculate the distance of the flights below I used a calculator on the Travel Math website. Their calculator can calculate a few different things for flights between airports, however I just used the distance portion. If you want to calculate a distance just visit their website http://www.travelmath.com/flights/
